K2S is a collaborative dedicated to empowering individuals experiencing housing instability and community members in need, to achieve sustainable employment and long-term stability.
By bringing together employers, educational institutions, workforce training organizations, and homeless family service providers, we create a network of resources designed to meet each client where they are on their journey.
Founded in 2018, Keys to Success Collaborative has made a measurable impact on the community through connecting talent to employers and providing much needed workforce development programming to the unhoused community in Philadelphia.
